Jason Blau is a Vice President at NAI CommCap, where he is responsible for arranging and structuring debt financing for commercial real estate investments throughout the country from commercial banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, debt funds and life insurance companies. Mr. Blau’s experience includes

permanent, bridge and construction financing secured by all property types, with a focus on retail shopping centers, multifamily properties, industrial buildings, office buildings and hotels.

Before joining NAI Commcap in 2026, Mr. Blau was a Capital Markets Associate at Pegasus, a boutique real estate advisory firm based in Los Angeles, where he successfully originated and closed over $500 million in commercial loans across various capital sources.

Mr. Blau earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Marketing from The Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
